1 1/2 lbs thin sliced cold cooked roast beef
|1 thin sliced yellow onion|
|3 tablespoons chopped parsley|
|1/2 teaspoon marjoram|
|1/4 cup olive oil|
|2 tablespoons vinegar|
|1 teaspoon dry mustard|
Place slices of beef in a deep platter. Break onion slices into rings and arrange on top of beef. sprinkle with parsley and marjoram. Combine oil, vinegar, and mustard in a jar. Cover and shake until well blended. Pour over beef and onions. Cover loosely and chill for 3 hours before serving. Serves 8.
