3 oz cream cheese
|2 table spoons grated parmesan cheese|
|1 tablespoon white wine vinegar|
|4 tablespoons unsalted margarine (softened)|
|1/4 teaspoon garlic powder|
|1 tablespoon diced parsley|
|dash of thyme|
|dash of marjoram|
Blend all ingredients until well mixed. Chill for 4 hours. Serve with unsalted crackers, melba toast, or on celery. Serves 7.
