Super Strawberry Ice Cream


10 oz frozen, sweetened strawberries

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup crushed ice
3/4 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
1/2 cup sugar
4 drops red food coloring



Thaw strawberries just until they break into chunks. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and sugar is dissolved. Pour into a covered dish. Freeze until firm. Serves 6.
