1 1/2 lbs thin sliced cold cooked roast beef |
| 1 thin sliced yellow onion |
| 3 tablespoons chopped parsley |
| 1/2 teaspoon marjoram |
| 1/4 cup olive oil |
| 2 tablespoons vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon dry mustard |
Place slices of beef in a deep platter. Break onion slices into rings and arrange on top of beef. sprinkle with parsley and marjoram. Combine oil, vinegar, and mustard in a jar. Cover and shake until well blended. Pour over beef and onions. Cover loosely and chill for 3 hours before serving. Serves 8. |
