3 oz cream cheese |
| 2 table spoons grated parmesan cheese |
| 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
| 4 tablespoons unsalted margarine (softened) |
| 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1 tablespoon diced parsley |
| dash of thyme |
| dash of marjoram |
Blend all ingredients until well mixed. Chill for 4 hours. Serve with unsalted crackers, melba toast, or on celery. Serves 7. |
