3 oz cream cheese |
2 table spoons grated parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
4 tablespoons unsalted margarine (softened) |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon diced parsley |
dash of thyme |
dash of marjoram |
Blend all ingredients until well mixed. Chill for 4 hours. Serve with unsalted crackers, melba toast, or on celery. Serves 7. |
