| 8 oz cream cheese (softened) |
| 1/2 cup unsalted margerine (softened) |
| 3 tablespoons chopped green onion |
| 2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
| 1 tablespoon vinegar |
| 1 3/4 teaspoons lemon juice |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons dry hot mustard |
| 1 teaspoon horseradish |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika |
| 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon tarragon |
| add cayenne pepper to taste |
Mix all ingredients until completely combined. Serve with unsalted crackers or raw vegetables. Serves 12. |
