10 oz frozen, sweetened strawberries |
| 1 tablespoon lemon juice |
| 1 cup crushed ice |
| 3/4 cup non-dairy coffee creamer |
| 1/2 cup sugar |
| 4 drops red food coloring |
Thaw strawberries just until they break into chunks. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and sugar is dissolved. Pour into a covered dish. Freeze until firm. Serves 6. |
