2 cups cooked rigatoni pasta |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper |
2 tablespoons shredded carrot |
1 tablespoon diced onion |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and put it in the fridge. Serves 8. |
